Hi UB40 - I totally agree with you. Speaking of fighting it, I challenge decisions along with others at a campaign called 38degrees. Don't know if you've heard of them?, but they're worth signing up too. A lot of their petitions get taken to parliament.
Hopefully when Labour get in (they're bound to re-take control again next year in my opinion), Sir Keir will implement some sort of change for the better, that doesn't penalise the sick, disabled, elderly etc...
Regards, Chris.

Hi I decided to press the link and have received the documentation from the government. I have also put my name down to attend the in person consultation day in London. I have been doing a bit of research on the past reviews of the system. The first thing in the 4 th review was that they language used was difficult for respondents to deal with! The WCA Paper is crying- worthy. The whole system is stacked against recovery and reintergration in to the work force. I would love to speak to someone who might also be opposing this and maybe attending the consultation Thank you -Carer.

Hi Pozzeel.
So glad to hear you and others are proactive in opposing these ubelievable proposals. I and many others here in Northern Ireland are absolutely incensed about this and the fact there is no consultation date for Northern Ireland. Wishing you the best of luck for the consultation in London.

Not so sure Labour will be any more supportive as per the link below but, let's face it, they can't do much worse in the future

Hi fibrofred,
Blimey - that link certainly doesn't do Labour any favours at all. A pretty shocking read. Guess when it comes to politics, we just have to try vote in the best of a bad bunch. Sad, sad times. Maybe there could be an AI party who could predict whats best ?
Regards, Chris.

The fact is once in power all parties become concerned with their own survival above all else. The Tories just happen to be worse than the rest. The ideal is that the population leave education as soon as possible and then work continuously in permanent good health paying all their tax etc. until the day before pension day when they die. Maximum income and zero expense for the government. Job done.
