I am going to have a chat with my landlord and explain my situation, im hoping he might be very understandable and let me get away with not paying the rent for a few months. i have already had to re evalute everything to make do on just esa at full rate, im around £40 worse off now,
at this moment in time my biggest worry is i onlyhave £30, i have just checked my bank and today a payment of £9 was made from esa i think thanks my final payment omg i had my medical on the 16th of feb i have been paied once sine this and i recevied the decsion letter yesterday, does this sound like its my last payment? i cant belive this surely they should give you more notice!

your esa will be paid if you appeal, you can do this on the phone and they will then send you a form. as soon as youve made the call your esa is reinstated to the decsion date and will continue to appeal decision. be clear you want the decision maker to reconsider and appeal. then see if you can get aletter from gp clarifying that you can not walk....best if they can write..' can not walk up to 50 metres, withoutsuffering extreme pain' you then might get the decision overturned by the decsion maker, if not you have this for your appeal
it is awful what happens but try to fiht or you will go down hill rapidly, suggest you make a doctord appt asap for support for appeal and for support for you
take care Julesg

they should pay asap, your gp can back date to the date of descion, it might be worth seeing another gp just to get the fit not asap

The £9 payment may well be the small payment they are making due to a change in payment days based an alphabetical names. I was usually paid on a Monday but ghats been changed to a Wednesday so I got a £13 interim payment.
Hope that helps. Good luck.

My gp wrote a letter a just before xmas for my dla appeal stating i was in constant pain when walking and not just after 50 meters like the dwp suggested.
i will get him to write another one for my esa appeal now!
One worry i do have is i still dont know if they are already using the virtual wheel chair thing at this moment in time, where they dont just judge your ability to walk on foot using a walking stick but they take into account weather you could use a wheel chair!
can anybody confirm if this has already come into practice, my gp will have no problem writing a letter stating i cant walk any distance without pain, but the wheel chair thing is tricky im not sure how that works as it causes me alot of pain and difficulty to get in and out of a wheel chair and also i cant sit very long without experiancing alot of pain either,
