The DWP have now published an online form for disability benefits claimants who have not yet received their £150 disability cost of living payment.  A number of our readers have already posted to say they have still not received the payment.

The ‘Report a missing Cost of Living Payment’ report form says it should be used if you were expecting the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment but have not received it for:

  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Disability Living Allowance for adults
  • Disability Living Allowance for children
  • Adult Disability Payment
  • Child Disability Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

You will need your NI number to complete the form and one reader who has done so reports that at the end it says that the DWP will get back to you within two weeks.

The form should not be used to report a missing £326 Cost of Living Payment.

You can access the missing cost of living payment report form here.

@Mick incidentally it didn't show up as DWP COL in my account like it has done with other people i know who received it just showed up as DWP PIP. And also i had contacted my local MP about this a week ago but hadn't heard anything back from her as of yet so not sure if she had anything to do with it

Just thought I would update you. I received my payment just past midnight. Bank with TSB. I hope everyone gets their payment asap if you haven't still received yours. Keep on at them.
The DWP is currently being urged to provide us PIP claimants with another cost of living payment. Let's hope they do.
    All the very best everyone.

I receive PIP benefit, mine was a backdated claim to early March but took till July to get award, so maybe that’s the issue for delay in payment, my husband received his £150 but he gets Attendance Allowance, I’ve also not heard anything since filling in a missing payment form twice. I contacted my local MP, Ian Duncan Smith, about issue again still heard not nothing from him either.

It was a bit late, just over 2 weeks, so started to stress a bit. But I did get a letter today confirming my entitlement, so am relieved.  I am grateful to the govt i.e. other taxpayers for their help when I’m long term sick, even if has been a bit of a wait …

There must be an underlying problem why like myself  so many people are still awaiting  c.o.l  payment...I received letter last week after doing online missing payment....an answer of I will receive 150 payment in due course is not an answer

@Mana Nope. I'm still waiting. Filled in the form the day it came out and had nothing back, let alone the money. Its getting beyond a joke now. By Friday it'll be a month late. Atrocious.

My local MP is now taking this matter up on my behalf it was reported 3rd said would hear back within 2 weeks it’s now been over that. I didn’t start getting pip top august but was back dated till October 2021 so I am entitled I could understand if that was the reason for it being late however My mum has been on it for a number of years and hasn’t received hers either she also lives in a different town to me so her local MP is also taking the matter up and have said it will be treated as high priority so as per usual another Waiting game
