The DWP have now published an online form for disability benefits claimants who have not yet received their £150 disability cost of living payment.  A number of our readers have already posted to say they have still not received the payment.

The ‘Report a missing Cost of Living Payment’ report form says it should be used if you were expecting the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment but have not received it for:

  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Disability Living Allowance for adults
  • Disability Living Allowance for children
  • Adult Disability Payment
  • Child Disability Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

You will need your NI number to complete the form and one reader who has done so reports that at the end it says that the DWP will get back to you within two weeks.

The form should not be used to report a missing £326 Cost of Living Payment.

You can access the missing cost of living payment report form here.

We’ve still not had ours and it’s 2024! Corrupt to the core the DWP quick to take the money but not give to those who need it most! Lying as always

On savings credits, phoned my energy supplier, £150 started well, then was told there's nothing on the form, to tick box relating to this benefit, honestly on the DWP site says l'm eligible for this payment, phoned around, basically up against a brick wall. 🤷‍♀️ Total farce!!!  😠

Form is useless! It just directs you to a number and when you ring the number it states to call,it's an automated message saying DWP hasn't announced this year's payment dates yet and then cuts you off! How do I report a payment that didn't arrive last year? It's not for me it's for my mother and brother neither received their payment last year,I got mine

I live in Cardiff.  Applied and was emailed to contact Cardiff Council if no payment received by December 31.  Received letter a few days ago asking for proof that I pay for energy. Proof sent.  Letter received this morning saying to contact them if I have not received the payment by March 23.  Luckily I'm not destitute but many others are.

Still haventbrecieved it so rang them and now they are saying it got paid into my bank on the 27th Sept yet I haven't and isn't showing in bank statement . Just going around in circles even calling them as they won't tell me qhere it has gone or account number it's ludicrous
