The DWP have now published an online form for disability benefits claimants who have not yet received their £150 disability cost of living payment.  A number of our readers have already posted to say they have still not received the payment.

The ‘Report a missing Cost of Living Payment’ report form says it should be used if you were expecting the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment but have not received it for:

  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Disability Living Allowance for adults
  • Disability Living Allowance for children
  • Adult Disability Payment
  • Child Disability Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

You will need your NI number to complete the form and one reader who has done so reports that at the end it says that the DWP will get back to you within two weeks.

The form should not be used to report a missing £326 Cost of Living Payment.

You can access the missing cost of living payment report form here.

Still not received mine, filled out form towards end of September and still no reply or payment.  No confirmation email, just the note on form to say will get back to me within two weeks, which hasn’t happened.

I haven't received a payment, and don't really know anything about this. I don't watch TV or follow the news. The DWP should have contacted me about it. What's the £326 one?
The DWP treat me like a mushroom, by keeping me in the dark and throwing sh*t at me occasionally 🙂

Not received my £150 payment as of today 12/10/23. So I phoned to ask what not and was informed that even though I had used the appropriate online form 2 weeks ago to report non receipt of the payment the payments still have all not been sent out to all who are long standing approved people due this payment. Technical issues caused the delay. However a team are working through the online reports of non receipt and it will be a little longer before we receive the payment and contact to tell us it’s been or about to be sent. In other words your info is not completely accurate and up to date.

I've just been awarded standard living allowance P. I. P. backdated to 29th March 22. I have filled out a missing cost of living form. Will it be backed? Am I entitled to other £300+

@Jacqueline You won’t get the £300+ as PIP isn’t one of the listed benefits for that payment.

Hi , yes I’m on PIP since January of 2022. I’ve not received the £150 payment so I rang PIP directly. They signposted me to the Gov home page for missing payments . Still waiting for contact but it’s only been 6 days . John Ratcliff

@Stephen I reported the missing payment via the online form on the 3rd October. I have recieved a letter from the department dated the 8th October stating they have checked my details and can confirm that I am due a payment and that it will be paid in Due course

I received mine on 30th September. (I didn't notice at first because it didn't go into my 'main' current account - I forgot that DWP payments still go into an 'old' current account - which I do still have, but don't use very much.)

It's now 12th  October & despite reporting my pip cost of living payment as not received, did this on 3/9/22, I'm still waiting & I've rang to get any help or info yet all they say is we don't know,  or you'll have to wait. I'm absolutely broke. I'm ill with no immediate family or support. How can I get what's been promised? I'm so anxious & distressed. No one to turn to for help, I feel there is no point , I'm not even existing anymore. Thank you  politicians, you've confirmed that my life is of no worth or value.

I rang PIP today and they said it could be by end of Oct or even longer due to a system 'glitch' brilliant when you need it isn't it. My partner and friend had there's but not me so weird and unfair why some had it and some not xx

My Mother, on Attendance Allowance, got her £150 over two weeks ago. But my son on PIP and in much greater need hasn’t had anything yet. We will be filling in the missing payment form straight away!
