The DWP have now published an online form for disability benefits claimants who have not yet received their £150 disability cost of living payment.  A number of our readers have already posted to say they have still not received the payment.

The ‘Report a missing Cost of Living Payment’ report form says it should be used if you were expecting the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment but have not received it for:

  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Disability Living Allowance for adults
  • Disability Living Allowance for children
  • Adult Disability Payment
  • Child Disability Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

You will need your NI number to complete the form and one reader who has done so reports that at the end it says that the DWP will get back to you within two weeks.

The form should not be used to report a missing £326 Cost of Living Payment.

You can access the missing cost of living payment report form here.

I'm about to give up for real. Usually, having had experience with DWP, I give them a lot of time to fix issues... but this is taking the absolute P now.

They've had the best part of a month to sort our payments. But no, I'm sure us peasants can wait a little longer... while they sit there watching Truss kick and prod the country into oblivion because she's got too much pride to even comprehend that a local crackhead could do a better job than her.

Uplift on the legacy benefits to equal that of UC? NAHHHH... we'll commit blatant discrimination because our computers can't handle it!!! Hey... brainiac, how about update your systems from Windows XP... Although even a semi literate programmer could, within a day or two, create a new system that makes it as easy and more reliable than coming up with a new budget you drop a few days later after nearly crashing the economy... AGAIN.

    Absolute muppets.

At this point we're probably all better off building mud huts and growing turnips. We can all be know as Generation Baldrick.

    Gah...

I reported my payment missing on the 3rd. Received a letter last week dated the 8th confirming my eligibility and that I would be paid in due course. It's now the 17th. I was on hold for 38 mins earlier which I suppose is better than the usual 1 hour before you get through! Again the same excuse, we can't access the payment information. The advisor I got through to had her manager look into it and still can't confirm when I will receive a payment. It is pathetic. In due course could be this week, next, or in a month! Shocking to make people wait like this!

just rang the PIP line and informed them i reported COL missing with the online form on october 3rd, they said they could see they had sent me out a letter today so i am presuming thats the acknowledgement of missing payment letter but they could not tell me when i am to receive this payment. absolutely useless!

@Mick They are. I was told they can't access payments or the department that is dealing with them within the HMRC. It's disgusting that we're being made to wait like this.

Still nothing here either. I got my PIP approved in June, backdated to last October/November. Filled in the missing payment form 3/10/22 and it’s now been 2 weeks and nothing, not even the letter that others have received…
