Thanks for your reply. I will take note of what you said and I will contact CAB. I will post a note in the forum when I have one so everyone can look at what they said.

Thank you for what you wrote I showed it to my mum and she also said even if it is only a bit more money, it is better than nothing. So we will also get in touch with welfare rights.
