UC review, required to go in job centre, no allowances made for health.

Hi David, here is what happened.

They never replied on the Journal.
I didnt attend the appointment, and am not in trouble for not attending.
They rang me a few hours after the appointment, and explained my UC is on hold due to needing these "paper" statements.
They have now agreed to a home visit but will be at least a few weeks.
They confirmed it was triggered by me reporting the back payment.
They seem to have no interest in the PIP letter and its the bank statements they really want.
They said I will have to repeat this process "every" time I report a change of financial circumstances.
They said they have never heard of the standard process of uploading evidence followed by a phone appointment.
Call was not in hostile manner, and no mention of compliance.
