Hi doglegs,

I removed a part of the title of your post as it was potentially defamatory.

doc did not examine me. :( the cause of my back pain is lumbo-sacral junction grade1 spondylolsthesis indenting exiting L5 nerve root as shown on the scan.

Hi doglegs,

This will all be useful evidence to put before a tribunal to show why descriptors you have identified should be preferred to the ones selected by the decision maker.

But how much simpler it would be if the job was done properly in the first place.

yes agree, but would i be wrong in sending 2copys of my scan to the decision maker now as the doc has not put the right stuff & i feel the doc new what she done & may have thrown my scans away.
