I removed a part of the title of your post as it was potentially defamatory.

reading my ESA85 medical,i suppled 2 scans showing whats wrong with me the doctor has misquoted that i have arthritis of the knee, the scan states i have OA of the knee and i have back pain & a trapped nerve within my spine, the doc has put in medical that my back pain is due to sacro-iliac joints in the pelvis area,,while i was half sitting on my right cheek only in the chair i told the doc many times i have a trapped nerve on my left side the doc took no notice of me,the
doc did not examine me. the cause of my back pain is lumbo-sacral junction grade1 spondylolsthesis indenting exiting L5 nerve root as shown on the scan.
