this is maladministration as it is there mistake, theres no way id be going back i can tell you.
complaint to atos and jobcenter - in writing.
Its a mistake to claim maladministration everytime someone does there job wrong or makes a mistake.... The hardship or injustice you have suffered must have been caused by a fault by the organisation you are complaining about. The other thing to bear in mind is that the problems must be quite serious. The ombudsman can decide not to investigate a complaint if you are only slightly affected
save the joker for the big mess up, which could be you go in answer the questions, then they call you back and they have lost the file with both sets of answers in
if you complain to job center and atos leave out the "M" word tell them your very un happy and expect them to pull there socks up ect ect
you be nice at this stage and if you have to get heavy you can show that you have been a piller of the community and done all you can to help gives you a stronger case if you have to get heavy IMO
