Hi All,
I have had a letter to say they have not reversed there decision and I will be notified whwn i have to go to the tribunal.
Just out of interest I have had no contact from my advisor since my last visit.
What should I do now to prepare? Should I get and send evidence from my doctor at this stage ?
thanks for your advise once again.
Kind regards

I think you should contact your advisor and not only wait to be contacted. They have a responsibility to you and be guided by them, and if a lapse in communication has occured get advice from them by contacting them
If they are acting then it is for them guide you regarding supportinge evidence

Hi cookie
I too have CFS/ME. There is some excellent information about the effects of CFS/ME on the websites of the ME Association & Action for ME which can be downloaded & printed for you to share with your adviser. I am a member of the ME Association & received a number of leaflets etc free as part of my membership package.
It is very difficult to explain the effects of CFS/ME to other people but we just have to keep plugging away.
Good luck
maggie
