Help on ESA appeal

Hi all,
I apoligise if i am reapeatin myself, as i am not sure if i posted this already.

I got my ESA tribunal date of Feb 2011.
What evidence should I gather ? Should i pass it on tto my advisor or post it myself ?
As my advisor said I will phone you. that was when I called and asked wht I should be doing evidence wise when I was waiting for tribunal date.
