Hi David, I have now sent 8 journal messages but still no one has responded. I'm at a loss of what to do next.
Many thanks

Hi B3lla,
When you send a Journal message you have a drop down list to choose from including Service Issue, A Change, A Payment.
I would copy and paste the message and send it to all of the 3 above as at present you are being ignored.
Let me know how you get on.
David

That is exactly what I did do, David. Twice. In addition to other messages.

Someone actually answered before I could call them. They said they need that information to decide if I am eligible. I live alone, my children work full-time, but help me between them. They are not actual paid carers so I'm not comfortable giving their dates of birth, etc .Will this affect my eligibility?
Many thanks
