Do I have to send additional supporting evidence for the tribunal stage?
I thought tribunal only considers what was relevant at the time of review/when decision was made ,not after?
It's very difficult to get face to face appointments with a GP and in my GP surgery you're booked with a random GP if you can get an appointment at all.,many GPs are working part time between surgeries and don't know the patients.
seeing an specialist for such letters is nearly impossible and they simply don't do letters.
but I have previous diagnose letters,test results,and previous GP support letters (from right before my review) and anyone even with lowest medical knowledge will know some conditions like a slipped disc for example are permeant and won't magically improve and their effects on people's life are also very straightforward and established.

The Tribunal is a further opportunity for you to provide testimony and evidence about your claim but the choice is yours.
You do not have to do this when you request your appeal, in fact, I would recommend you wait until you have seen the DWP's admission before doing so.
You can submit new evidence but it must be clear that it pertains to the date of the Decision you are appealing.

Hi
I got enhanced daily living and enhanced mobility about 3 or 4 years ago. Initially got zero points from assessor. Asked for an MR and they overturned the assessor and reinstated my award. I did not submit any evidence I just explain the issues I have on a couple of pages.
Had a phone assessment in May. Lost my daily living and they dropped me to standard mobility. Asked for an MR just like before with no additional evidence. Rejected. Submitted an appeal which was pretty much identical to the MR with no additional evidence. You can do this online as well. I did it within an hour. I also copied and pasted everything I have previously said on ESA Support Group claim. Got a phone call from a nice woman at the DWP and she told me she is looking at giving me extra points. Anyway she put me back on enhanced in both. Thing is when I appealed and asked for MR I said that I accepted standard mobility but I believe I should have standard daily living as well.
So I would say a few things to take away from this are:
1) although evidence can only help you can just be brutally honest in your own words as to how your issues affect you.
2) follow the process all the way. You have multiple chances: assessor, MR, another DM looking at it when you appeal, the appeal itself.
3) maybe unlike with the final stage the first three are all subjective opinions. You might get someone really nice who gives you what you believe you deserve.
4) there are some decent people within the system who do want to help if they can.
