SDA-ESA: Successful Outcome

SDA was/is paid every four weeks. It's been so long that I cannot recall how it's paid; maybe a fortnight in advance and a fortnight in arrears. What makes me query the date of 18 November as my first ESA payday is that I'd be due a further SDA payment on 10th November which doesn't make sense if ESA is to begin on 5th.
Mari
I am sorry but without knowing the period covered by an SDA payment it is impossible to say.

Not the day the DP made their decision. My 3 years in Support Group began ten weeks ago! What good fortune I never felt in a celebratory mood

I am sorry to ruin your mood but this latest date cannot be correct if you have continued to receive SDA and IS payments, it has to be in the "future".

You have to be on either SDA/IS or ESA, you cannot be on both at the same time and this in particular applies to the payments, if you have been receiving SDA and IS payments then you are on SDA/IS and not ESA.
The normal practice is for ESA to go into payment two weeks after the ESA Decision has been made.
