Update: missing second 2023 £300 Cost of Living Payment

The second 2023 £300 Cost of Living Payment should have been paid between 31 October and 19 November 2023.  The DWP claim that 99% had been paid by 7 November and that all the rest would be paid by 19 November.  But, at the deadline, we are still hearing from people who have not had theirs.

Details of who is eligible are available here.

If you still haven't received your payment, you can use this online form from 20 November 2023 to report it.

Previous cost of living payments

The DWP have published an online form to report missing Cost of Living payments from earlier this year.

The form covers:

The £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment paid between 20 June 2023 and 4 July 2023 for most eligible claimants.

The  £301 paid between 25 April 2023 and 17 May 2023 for most eligible claimants.

You can use the form to report either of these payments as missing, although if you want to report both as missing you will have to complete the form twice.

You will need your national insurance number in order to complete the form.

  • Armed Forces Independence Payment

I've had no money £00.00 for 4 months straight,  being on minimum income floor,  self employed, Uc, if I don't get this cost of living £300, I'm writing a formal complaint to my MP. I'm not spending months chasing HMRC for 300 quid. !!  Pay up now, people are hard up.

@Emma Louise I still have not had mine either or my friend hasnt either and both entitled they should make people aware they are behind so could take to whatever date to get everyone paid. Its not fair checking bank daily but I have no bank so use my friends had all other COL payments both of ours into this account and this bank tells you days before a payment is due like if payment due Monday it tells you Thursday afternoon due in 4 days but let's you get it Friday at 4pm if you want to this is with monzo last lot was paid by bacs but our COL not showing up and apparently on 20th you fill in a form and it can take at least 2 weeks.

I had the same respond from UC. They just send me a link about the Cost of Living payment and who is entitled. But that's it! No explanation. So how come I received previous cost of living payments in the passed and not now??? Nothing changed! When I send them a massage again they just said look in to the link without explaining why I haven't received :(

If it’s not in your banks by 22:31/00:01 tonight, you will need to wait until Monday to file a missing CoL claim. This may takes months to get sent to you!
