The DWP have now published an online form for disability benefits claimants who have not yet received their £150 disability cost of living payment.  A number of our readers have already posted to say they have still not received the payment.

The ‘Report a missing Cost of Living Payment’ report form says it should be used if you were expecting the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment but have not received it for:

  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Disability Living Allowance for adults
  • Disability Living Allowance for children
  • Adult Disability Payment
  • Child Disability Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

You will need your NI number to complete the form and one reader who has done so reports that at the end it says that the DWP will get back to you within two weeks.

The form should not be used to report a missing £326 Cost of Living Payment.

You can access the missing cost of living payment report form here.

My wife was awarded PIP before this CoL payment was announced so think she should have got it, I sent off the form before B&W informed us off it in last newsletter but have heard nothing from DWP

I reported a missing payment of £150 three weeks ago on the online form. I’ve not received the payment and not received a letter either. Still don’t know what’s happening

There is supposed to be a form to fill out on government website if you didn't get your £150 hope this helps someone they are making you fill the form out probably so it helps disguise how long it's taking them to sort it out but if you have phoned up do the form as well then they have no excuse not to pay you we all know they love any excuse

Called pip today. After the 45min wait talked to the guy, who was very polite.

I reported on the online form about 3 weeks ago.

He said the IT system couldn't cope with all the automation, so 1000s ate being done manually in date order.

Had no clue how long it would take...
