The DWP have now published an online form for disability benefits claimants who have not yet received their £150 disability cost of living payment.  A number of our readers have already posted to say they have still not received the payment.

The ‘Report a missing Cost of Living Payment’ report form says it should be used if you were expecting the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment but have not received it for:

  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Disability Living Allowance for adults
  • Disability Living Allowance for children
  • Adult Disability Payment
  • Child Disability Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

You will need your NI number to complete the form and one reader who has done so reports that at the end it says that the DWP will get back to you within two weeks.

The form should not be used to report a missing £326 Cost of Living Payment.

You can access the missing cost of living payment report form here.

I hope you all get your payment soon I got mine this morning, it’s just a sad sorry state that out of the coat of COL payments it’s the most vulnerable group that’s been left without

So I also finally got my payment today but I got paid the same amount. Twice so I contacted PIP and to my surprise… they said they’d contact the department dealing with it. I thought how funny it was that they have no way of contacting them to find out what’s going on so tv your payment but they can certainly contact them if you owe them something. Good luck to all those waiting

I filled out the form when I read on the last newsletter about it. Slightly confused though, as everything I have read said you get pip you get £150. But the end of the form said you needed to be on 2 benefits! I've not read that anywhere else.

We not received it yet. I've sent the form in, but heard nothing at all, not even an acknowledgment / ok letter. It's most irritating and disappointing.

Not received my £150 payment yet despite reporting it on 4/10. No letter either! Appalling! I used to work for the old DHSS and D of E processing benefits. We weren’t perfect by any means but we had TARGETS to reach and our performance was constantly under review. We got a real telling off (too weak a word!) if too many payments were late. No excuses! What has happened? I have just transferred from ESA to Retirement Pension etc and am just so SCARED that things will go wrong and I’ll be left without money. Could really do with that lifeline bridge of £150 that I was so hoping for.

I have filled in the missing £150 COL payment several times now over the past 4+weeks... And you guessed it IVE STILL NOT RECEIVED IT or any correspondence from them as I should have.  Struggling, angry and frustrated is an understatement.

I filled out the form on the 3rd of October. I did get a letter however I’m one of those who still has no payment despite reporting it on the same day that they introduced the form. So you’re not alone to all those who did the form early and still no payment
