The DWP have now published an online form for disability benefits claimants who have not yet received their £150 disability cost of living payment.  A number of our readers have already posted to say they have still not received the payment.

The ‘Report a missing Cost of Living Payment’ report form says it should be used if you were expecting the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment but have not received it for:

  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Disability Living Allowance for adults
  • Disability Living Allowance for children
  • Adult Disability Payment
  • Child Disability Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

You will need your NI number to complete the form and one reader who has done so reports that at the end it says that the DWP will get back to you within two weeks.

The form should not be used to report a missing £326 Cost of Living Payment.

You can access the missing cost of living payment report form here.

    HELP IF ANYONE KNOWS..
    DWP stopped my grand-daughters PIP in May this year (2022) as they didn’t receive her review forms we completed/posted to them. I waited for DWP to post the forms “again” in September and had to fill out/send back.
    She has also not received Disability COL (£150), reported missing 27th Oct and don’t know if they have purposely delayed her Disability COL because of her current PIP review??
    Is this allowed if the cut off was before May 25th??

    Also, do I have to send evidence at the time I send her PIP review form back - or will her claim still automatically be “reinstated & backdated” at this point without her medical letter due to the backlog of new claims they are dealing with??
    (Requested another copy of her medical letter, still waiting and unable to send to PIP along with her review form which is why I ask).

      @Matty Thank you Matt.
      Had DWP texted her or sent another letter stating they are still waiting etc - we would have known they didn’t receive her review forms we posted 1st time round in May.

      Aside, that does make sense.
      I just wasn’t sure as I’ve read as long as you was receiving before 25th May the Disability COL payment your entitled to.

      As of today 8th Nov - she hasn’t received Disability COL and no 2nd COL payment “yet”.

      Happy to see you received yours Matt 👍🏼

      @Gloria Hi Gloria,

      Don't quote me but if her PIP  claim was stopped before the May cutoff, pending the review, they'll wait to received the new evidence to confirm it's reinstatement.

      If that all goes well then it should be backdated and the COL paid eventually. I just got mine.

      Send the evidence back with the review forms, I would.

      Send by Special Delivery I would.

      They shouldn't really stop the claim without a courtesy check that the forms were sent, imo.

    Brendon, your post from 4 hours ago I have just read. There is now available an online form to fill in and submit if you are still missing your £150 PIP cost of living payment. If you type into your search bar on google or whoever you use - "DWP Cost of living page" you should find it. All you need is your date of birth and your NI number, then you have select and tick which benefit you are getting that entitles you to the £150, for example PIP.  Then just click submit and you will get probably another letter and hopefully your payment. They can easily see you have not had it so will hopefully process it.  I submitted my online missing payment request  monday 31st Oct and today Friday 4th November I can see it coming into my account for Monday 7th No.

    I submitted the missing online payment request mon 31st Oct. Got a letter thurs 3rd Nov which was sent 2nd class, confirming payment owed and would be paid in "due course". It is showing as a pending payment for my bank HSBC today (Friday) and will be properly credited Monday 7th. It seems the actual letter being sent should trigger the payment being made at the same time. If you have been waiting for more than 10 days after a letter is sent I would call DWP PIP dept and check it has gone through. If not like the other person said in an earlier post tell them you will report back to your local MP, it may encourage them to push it through!

    I had my claim in for PIP and was granted it after the May date. Do you have to be on a certain level to qualify? I also get universal credit limited capacity for work element.
    Still not had the 150 one off pip payment?

      @Jamie You don’t have to be on a certain level no, just that your PIP claim date was before the relevant date of 25th May 2022.

    I submitted a form weeks ago and haven't received a letter or the payment... so not really sure what to do!

    I guess just keep waiting! Is it worth calling the DWP? I wouldn't even know who to call! Alas! It'd be laughable if it wasn't so sad and if I didn't need the money so bad.

    I hope everyone else is doing as well as they can.
