The DWP have now published an online form for disability benefits claimants who have not yet received their £150 disability cost of living payment.  A number of our readers have already posted to say they have still not received the payment.

The ‘Report a missing Cost of Living Payment’ report form says it should be used if you were expecting the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment but have not received it for:

  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Disability Living Allowance for adults
  • Disability Living Allowance for children
  • Adult Disability Payment
  • Child Disability Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

You will need your NI number to complete the form and one reader who has done so reports that at the end it says that the DWP will get back to you within two weeks.

The form should not be used to report a missing £326 Cost of Living Payment.

You can access the missing cost of living payment report form here.

Received my payment around beginning of October. Did not expect to get it as DWP ignoring my request for reconsideration. As illness physical and mental have deteriorated. Wrote 10 months ago. Heard nothing. Housebound since May 2021 when moved to pip from DLA for life. Lost high mobility.

    Update on my missing payment
I had a phone call on Friday and they had sent it to my old bank account, because I have a mobility car I hadn’t made the change. I just thought it would go to the bank my pension is paid. A new payment has been issued.

I’ve just contacted my local MP, about the issue Sir Ian Duncan Smith,
He is writing to Chloe Smith the newly appointed Secretary of State for DWP,
to find out what’s going on, hopefully will help, maybe others could do the same.

@K Farquhar The only answer I can give is that "It's the DWP, get used to it". I'm still waiting for mine. Had PIP for years and filled out the form the first day too. No communication. They seem to like to run the game of "if we leave it they might forget".

We're still waiting for my Wife's payment. Suspect there's nothing left in the pot to make all the missing payments due after Dumb and Dumber tanked the country on 23rd September......

Form completed - let the wait begin.

My work coach replied by informing me that they can not access any information concerning my PIP claim as its a separate system therefore I would have to contact them directly
