Our Coronavirus Updates Page will keep you posted about important changes to PIP, ESA/UC and DLA regulations and procedures that are likely to affect our members.
We have opened a coronavirus forum specifically for members to pass on information and concerns relating to coronavirus. You can post about any issues that concern you, not just benefits-related ones. Though we hope that claimants who have to have a paper or telephone assessment or appeal will share details of their experience with us, so that we can pass them on more widely.
We will also be updating our guides in the members area to take account of issues such as the suspending of face-to-face assessments and reassessments and the switch to more paper appeals. We aim to have updated guides online by the end of the week, at the moment the rush of announcements means updates are out-of-date before they are even published.
