DLA Tribunal was created by penrie
I have just got back from my dla tribunal from May 2009, it was the worse thing i have ever been to, had i known what it would be like i would never have gone.
I suffer from fibromyalgia, anxiety and depression, it felt like i was on trial as the panel were looking down at me, the questions just did not stop, we stopped at one point when i had a panic attack that lasted about 5mins, i was told the hearing was going to be about 40mins and i was in there for an hour and a half.
They did not make a decision and now will have to wait for it in the post.

Hi penrie,

I'm sorry to hear you had such a horrible time at your tribunal. All I can say by way of comfort is that it's no indication that you are not going to get an award - some panels are just like that.

Good luck,

Steve
