Hi, was on the IB to ESA migration trial and got 0 points in Atos medical. Following a few phone calls 2 weeks ago DWP said they had looked again at my case again and decided to change their decision after receiving medical evidence from my Doctor. Not had any letter so phoned DWP helpline today who said I have to wait 13 weeks then go for another medical?? Am totally confused, anybody know whats going on??
You can never be certain what's going on until the DWP manage to put what they say in writing, but it does sound as though they reconsidered/revised the decision but have only given you 13 weeks by which time they expect you to be better and will give you a reassessment.
I would keep pushing them for a decision letter to get some conformation.
