Hi All,
Thanks for the replies, yes I reapplied with the same illness and another one of degenerative changes within the spine, this has happened since my last assessment. I also have to attend haematology day unit once a month for a bone strengthener which is ongoing with the cancer, I also see my consultant once per month to have my bloods checked to see if the cancer is back or not.

I am already getting nervous about the results, still not confident though of a good outcome, as i know how devious atos can be.

The guidance ADAs are given states that it's a waste of time taking copies and only gives the impression that the ADA approves the notes.

They are advised to read a statement similar to a disclaimer.
