Hi where on the site can i find info on the mental health part of the esa form. I suffer from panic attacks, anxiety, depression and recently the last 2 years social phobia. so i really need to put the right things down on the form and in the right context.
Here , under 'Employment and Support Allowance claims for Mental Health and Learning Difficulties: a guide to the limited capability for work assessment'.
I know your problem as I have similar problems as part of Bipolar Disorder. The advice on this website is fantastic, I followed it to the letter and was immediately put into the support group for ESA without the need for a medical. If there is one tim I would give anyone it is give them as much evidence as possible, both on your claim form and also ask your GP or counsellor/psychiatrist (if you have one) for a letter of support. I also sent in evidence of the medications I am taking, I am sure all of this helped build a comprehensive picture of my problems and how they affect me day to day. Good luck.
