am confused

Have been reading the threads of the migration timetable, and the way they are selecting people seems very confusing. If people have a review date of 2012 should they not be called until then? How come they are being called now? Also waht is hppening about the exempt pca claimaints on ib/is? The last few months like everyone have been a nightmare waiting for the envelope and never knowing. I do not know wether to phone up or leave it until the dreaded day arrives. What is the latest?

Sadly there are a number of variables which can affect when a claimant is migrated from IB to ESA. Such as the workload of the relevant JobCentre Plus Benefits Centre, the availability of ATOS HCP's, number of claimants, number of cases being appealed etc etc.

Even if ones review is due in 2012 it is no guarantee that the migration will not be before or after that date. I am aware of claimants on IB being well over 18 months past their review dates and that was before migration started.

As long as benefit continues to be paid it may be better to let sleeping dogs lie but knowing that eventually one will be migrated.
