Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Whether an improvement in your illness represents a change of circumstances, is essentially a matter of personal judgement.
What you need to consider is whether the improvement is sufficient, taking account of the various illnesses from which you suffer, to warrant an improvement which makes it possible that you would no longer be entitled to IB or would have a material effect on your DLA award.
As you have stated that there is no change with your other four illnesses which may have given rise to your IB and DLA entitlement, only you alone can decide whether or not to report a potential change of circumstances. The general rule of thumb is that you should report any relevant change of circumstances which may impact upon your benefit entitlement, which also includes situations where there is some element of doubt?

thank you crazydiamond
this improvement may have some effect on dla care at present but not
sufficient for ib. is it reasonable to report to dla department only for time
being and wait and see for ib. do i have to report this change to both departments
at same time ie dla and ib.or for ib i can wait and see when the improvement is
sufficient to report without breaking any dwp rules
