If you are referring to the guide entitled "Getting help with your benefits", there does appear to be a problem with downloading it directly on my PC, as it is erroneously telling me to save the file.
If you are a Windows PC user, right-click onto the link and then 'Save page as...' and save the file to a folder such as your documents folder. This normally resolves the problem.
