review dates for esa was created by belmont
The dwp is still telling incapacity benefit claimants that their reassessment for esa will take place on the anniversary of their claim. My review date should have been 12 march. Does this now mean that I will be reassessed on 12 march next year. Can any1 advise me. Thanks

Belmomt

I am afraid there is no more information available, now that the transfer has started, than before. In fact the DWP don't even appear to be following their own guidance on the subject.

Hi

If it is any help it took 6 weeks for my assessment to come through, I got 12 points, its a bit of a joke as I am still appealing last years assessment where I got nil points with the same condition

How can you have another assessment before the appeal's been heard for the last one? Is this normal, or likely to become normal, anyone know?

You have demonstrated the farcical situation that can be attributed to ESA, where you have scored a different number of points at two separate medical assessments with same medical condition.

In my view, the upshot of the second assessment would seem to suggest that in Atos opinion your condition is worse, so are you appealing the second ESA adverse decision?
