magistrates court was created by bobbie1234
hi every one, i have been waiting for my tribuneral now for 13 months, instead the dwp are now sending me to the magistrates court which will probably end up at crown court, this does not bother me as i am the inocent party in my eyes.

the dwp are wanting just under £18,000 pound of me, with that much owing i would say that it would have been sorted by now, they want £3.700 back pay for I.S for unexplained income which i have now got proof of all deposits going into my bank account, but they say that with me breeding dogs i was getting extra income which was not declared, i bred dogs for my son who is visually impared and special needs, so he cannot do much at all only play with the puppy's, we did sell some puppy's but only to pay for themselves, we had no profit.

and the dwp want £12,938 pound back from me from when i first enrolled to be a member of a golf course, as my consultants advise as i have got to keep my knee jouints moving as i have severe grade 4 osteoartharitus, i was videod playing golf with a buggy.

my objective is, if i go to crown court and get in front of 12 jo puplic they will see that the dwp are not being fair to me and probably find me not guilty, if so would i get all my back pay owed to me and will i still have to also go to a tribuneral.

all this has given me bells paulsy, allapeasha, blood pressure and depresion which now i am on medication for.

court date next week, can some one give me any answers/advise it would be most gratefull,

many thanks

bobbie

If you have not done so already you urgently need to get professional face to face advice from a lawyer, as it seem to me that you are describing a criminal prosecution for benefit fraud.
