Need some advice was created by jasmine
Hi can anyone help me please. I have just come out of hospital and my doctor told me that I have symptoms of three different illnesses, bipolar rapid cycling, cycloythmia and borderline personlaity. Do I put all three down as the doctor says I have symptoms of all three but do no fit into one clear catergory. Has this happened to anyone else. Do i put down that I have been an in patient in hospital in the last three months, partly due to all the stress of this. Also, this wo rries me, My husband is working full time earning £29k and I have a civil service pension £2.5k I guess that is me out of the window for esa I won't even get through the first test. Also as mentioned before I was pca exempt so I guess I will get that letter this month if not this week. Am really scared like millions of others and really do not know how to handle this. Any advice would be great, have downloaded the guides but help would be great

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You don't mention which benefit your question is with regard to, so I am going to assume ESA.
There is no reason why you should not mention all three conditions if they contibute to your disabilities, however, it is important for you to understand that ESA is a test of what you can do, NOT what you can't.
Please have a look at our ESA Guides to see what I mean, as it is rally important to get the right context whan completing the ESA forms.

Sorry Gordon, I am on incapacity benefit, so it is about the migration when it happens, what I should put on the form regarding my illnesses

2 of them three problems are the same but different names ? IMO
you ask about what to put on IB forms check with your GP and an advisor ... if I am right IMO one of them 3 might be less help on the form you need expert advise ... if I am wrong and that 3 things are wrong I will eat my hat !
