DLA Question

Hi folks,

I am in the process of filling out a DLA form (May 2010 version) and i am stuck on question 16 page 6 "About your GP". I have not been registered for very long at my current medical centre and i have not had much to do with them apart from ordering repeat prescriptions. My previous GP at another medical centre has since retired and i do not think my current Medical Centre could give an informed opinion to the DWP about how my illnesses and disabilities affect me. Does anybody know what answear i should give to this question. Your help would be much appreciated.

What about writing down some information for one of the gp's at your surgery about your illness/disability go and see him or her if they see symapthetic to you and your needs then put him/her's name down on the form. This is all i can think of. Hope this may be of help to you.
