I just rang the benefits line for my area re:ESA! I informed them of the circles that I have been running in due to wrong information provided by their office (worded ever so delicately). The gentleman told me to write a letter saying that the person that I spoke with yesterday did not "give me the opportunity" to back date for 3 months. Also supply them with my sick notes and send all off to the address in Glasgow. So, that will be in the mail tomorrow. Must I send original sick notes? I do think that's what they asked for the first time round...
