esa, appeal or not

yes, i,m afraid they cancelled my medical the day before it was due. when i asked why they just said they'd been in touch with my doctor. next thing i,m in the wrag group and 2 weeks later on pathways. the lady at pathways said it was ridiculous, deferred my interviews for 4 weeks and to write to them to ask how they came to this decision. but as i eventually have to go on pathways, rather than appeal or get them to reconsider, wouldnt it be best just to do the pathways as i have to anyway and be left alone after as you only do itn once. wouldnt the outcome be the same, i,d be sent for another medical after and maybe put back in the support group..

oh goodness, i hadnt heard about the new Welfare Refrm Bill, so if youre placed in the wrag you have to also find work. find work, i dont even know how to get out of my house to go to any of these things first.what are they doing to people. if i appeal, does my money stay the same?

If you write and ask them how they came to their decision rather than asking for a reconsideration or appeal, do leave yourself time to appeal if you then decide to based on how they say they reached their decision.

No, being in the WRAG doesn't mean you have to find work. It does, however, mean that you must do the WFIs that Gordon has told you about and you may be asked to engage in what is called "work related activity" which may be things like learning to write a CV or having some physio, but in the future may be a work placement/experience, subject to what you can do.

yes, i,m worried as i,ve not heard nothing and i,ve only 10 days left to appeal. couldnt i just send the appeal form in and then write more to them when i receive their letter about how they came to making this decision just to cover me.
