Migration from IB to ESA

Hi all, first post so apologies if subject covered else where and I have not found it.
I have read the "Understanding ESA guide" on this site.

It states "Claimants who receive national insurance credits only will not even begin to be migrated until after March 2014".
Does any one know if this is still the case?

This is the criteria I currently fall into, (I do not receive any payments at the moment, but that may change) but I am due for an IB review in July.

That remains the most up-to-date information we have. It makes sense, in so far as less money will be saved by removing credits only claimants, so they may as well be left until last.

can you tell me pls what 'national insurance credits only means'?? How can i know if iam a 'credits only claimant'?

I have only managed to work for 3 yrs as a post woman 25 yrs ago... i know i'm classes as contibuted but don't understand it...

Will the fact that i can't have paid much in men i'm likey to be @credits' only?... Or will the fact that i worked go against me now?

I've been on IB for 18 yrs & indefinite dla for 9 yrs...

Can i expect to be assessed very soon as a long termer or in 2014 as 'credits only'?

Or as it seems for all of us we are now in the hands of the merciless ATOS who are busy building new scaffolds whilst the others are fully in use & we wait paralysed in line not knowing when or how our time will come...

I don't mean to sound glum but i've gone from trying my best to feeling a quick execution might be a gift compared to existing in very slow death mode before i got proper help...

I use my IB & dla to live... i.e. rent, bills & food... & it's true i have some left over now & can get a taxi to see my mom etc... i have a small life & have been so grateful for the extra...


10 tyrs ago i was found starving in a derelict house in a state of serial seizures & now i feel like i'm on my way back there & i can't start all over again constantly begging & proving i need help...

thanks for your reply i feel clear on that one now...

I receive IB, IS & DLA... I received 2 pca's in 2009 & took forever to fill them in... when i asked for a home visit then they said i was exempt & shouldn't have filled the forms in!

At the same time the fellow told me my recommended review was 5 yrs (2014) but he said he couldn't write to confirm this only put his recommendation on my file... I'm just wondering if this will be ignored because they want to be doing long termers 1st?
