DLA Appeal

Hi I am currently waiting for a date for tribunal but I am looking for some help I have problems with reoccurring slipped discs in my back and shoulder and neck pain ( awaiting test results for polymyalgia) What can I do to help my appeal? Should my condition get me dla? Thanks

We can't advise on individual claims. DLA is based on your care/mobility needs rather than the type of problem you have.

the tests must be to see if its something other than polymalgia ? as i did not think there was any test for that...mnay times its gone before your sure you had it

as has been posted its not whats wrong but the problems it causes .......with slipped discs there are many problems ... but you post re occrring ... so your starting place must be how long are they slipped because there are rules on length of time you have the problem to be able to claim
