Hi All

I for one dont think anything will change. The same thing happened my Father In Law 20 years ago. He was found fit at a medical, was sick in bed when received letter from DWP advising him that he was fit for work. My mother in law brought him his letter up to him in the bedroom, went downstairs to make him a cup of tea, when she returned again, he was dead with the letter in his hand.

She went to an appeal after my Father In Law's death because she was digusted about the way he was treated.

She was told by the appeal panel that her husband did not play act enough at his medical.
