Just a thought but are supervisers or managers allowed to stay on the phone for five minutes?

It might be worth asking.

I think this is definately one to highlight to MP's concidering the new guidelines. How are they able to help fill in forms over the phone?

Perhaps if you have a WFI over the phone, you can refuse to continue after five minutes.

maybe i should wait to see what answer i get back from them.i really aint got the energy for all this,but i no that i am intitled to something as i have always worked so hopefuly it wont be a fight as not sure if i could cope with this.thanks all for your help,will keep you all updated.mary.x
