i scored 6 points in my medical im now in the process of an appeal be gratfull for any help/advise on the best way to do this. what is revelent to send in? pls

You don't say which benefit, but there are detailed guides to IB and to ESA appeals in the members area which will take you step-by-step through the whole process. Click on Help for claimants in the orange menu and follow the links.
