I was given 0 points the had a DLA doctor look at me and given high rate mobility.
Won my appeal last year for ESA and they have now asked me to go for another medical.
Seems like even when you win they will still come back at you again.

Hi

Just wanted to let you know I won my tribunal last week. The Tribunal judge and doctor had actually read the report from my psychologist and the occupational health report (which had been the basis of my being let go at work 2weeks before my '0 points' medical) and asked sensible questions.

In spite of extra difficulties due to the DWP hindering my recovery process (according to my psychologist), I managed to recover from my nervous breakdown and I closed my claim at the start of December last year when I found work. However the DWP now have to pay me the extra £25 a week (which would have made all the difference to my quality of life when I was at my sickest) backdated to cover November 2009 - December 2010.

Just goes to show how flawed the system is against claimants.

"Flawed" implies inadvertency, accident or error... when such "flaws" appear to have become a default they've shown no inclination to correct, a less favourable description is merited.
