I made a complete hash of my ESA50; couldn't get any help from CAB or doctor; had no representation and hadn't seen a consultant in 6 years.
I just got help and advice from this site.
It is important to tell the tribunal face to face how your Fibro affects your everyday life.
Hope this helps a little.
Best wishes,
Rachel

think i missed you have won too well done, agree with your comements .. most of my spade work was done with the stuff in the members section I did have later on 4 lots of welfare advisors input (greedy) but only one of them added one thing to the advise I had found on the site... and that was about giving details of a certain drug used and when

If your doctor won't provide supporting evidence, you could go to your surgery and ask to look at your medical records. You might find information that supports your appeal. It's worth a try.

I requested all my medical notes and hospital correspondence between hospital and GP for the last 13 or 14 years.
From this I only used two letters but it was worth it as they were used to help me prove the ATOS medical findings wrong!
I felt very lost when I first came to this site. After a long meeting with a CAB advisor, I was told they couldn't help me, and my doctor also declined.
Yes it has been worth the fight, not for the money, not even for getting into the WRAG but because a tribunal agreed with my opinion of my own capabilities!
Try and sleep on it. Get a copy of your medical notes and try and use both the guides on this site and the experiences of the other members.
Best wishes,
Rachel
