ESA Tribunal was created by cookie
Hi all,
I got my ESA tribunal date of Feb 2011. Although I was told would be May 2011 before I would hear anything. Is there any raeson for that?
What evidence should I gather ? Should i pass it on tto my advisor or post it myself ?

Hi cookie,
There's lots of information about ESA appeals in the members area. If your hearing is early i think that just means they've got through cases more quickly than they expected.
It would certainly be worth letting your advisor see any evidence before you submit it.

If you have an advisor, you should be discussing this news with them as I assume they will be helping you prepare your case.
Have a look at the ESA Appeals document in the Members area.
