It is acceptable for you to delegate completion of the IB/ESA113, FRR2 or DLA factual report to your practice nurse. However, you must confirm your authorisation by signing at the end

Very good idea Dave because at least by doing this they would be getting at least something from your GP practice.

From what I am hearing, they are just not interested in contacting GP's until appeals.

Why waste a nurses time when they can be treating somebody with a cold?

Why not delegate completion of the form to the claimant, and just let the doctor sign it?
