Hi Derek, thanks for your reply, I feel relived now. If we can have the medical record before the hearing, it'd be very helpful to call Atos a liar!

I just called GP's surgery, they said they will provide us the medical record within a week, and charge us £50. I guess we don't have choice but to do it.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi SF All the information will be held at the Hospital that treated your husband. Some may be in paper form and some will be on computer. You can request all copies from the hospital, It can take up to 40 working days to get it and a £50.00 fee is payable in advance. Best Wishes

Hi Pam, thank you very much for the information. My husband is out patient in the pain clinic at the moment. We will request more medical record when he had the full body scan, the report and the plan of his medication for the appeal. It's very helpful to know that there is a way to win. Good luck to us all!

Hi Dave

The accident appears to have occurred 13 years ago, so A&E reports will be out of date.

Derek

out of date yes but if they are having troubleproving it happened then even out of date records will help.
