Appeal date at last....

My original claim for ESA is sept 2009 and my DLA claim was made in november 2009...

Just received letter today giving my appeal date for both ESA & DLA together on 14th January 2011.

I hope the loooong wait is going to be justified.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you. My partners appeal was a long haul but we won. It was great spending back pay.
