I've just downloaded and printed off the ESA guide to filling out the form for physical disability, but am left wondering if you also have to fill in another form for any mental issues? I suffer from PTSD and the relatively less known PRSD. I'm on anti-depressants for life and have just visited my GP and been given Amitriptylene as a 'top up' for a while. will i get points on mental grounds as well as my physical problems or do they only look at one set of problems?? Getting more confused the more i read lol.. not hard with the meds
Mental and physical disabilities are both covered in the same form (ESA50). However there are dealt with separately in our guides, you will need to download both if both apply.
As long as you have a mental disability (such as depression), you can score points for both tests.
