epilipsy

hi all a have sufferd from epilisy all my life and over the years has got worse i had to give my job up becouse of it as i can get very violent when having a fit i finished work and went to bed a woke up to riot polce at my flat when i come to as i was very violent when the amblence medices were called and they called the police i still continue to have fits and am still under the hospital i was told by my employer it was best if i leave for heath and saftey i have been on incapaciy benifit and have been an it for about 1 year and also get dla high care and mobility low and did not even now i was entiteld to it if it wosnt for the lady telling me when i got sighed off i should be getting it were do i stand with all the benifit reforms hoping you can help thanks

Impossible to say where you stand, but if you read the ESA guides I think there's a good chance you would qualify for ESA on the exceptional circumstances rules at the very least.
