can you get the lower rate of mobility if you have mental health issues?

Yes I think so if you feel unsafe, could be at risk of wandering off, confused etc you may need somebody with you at times when you are out to make sure you are safe, this counts towards low rate mobility DLA with mental health, I hope that helps?

My husband gets lower rate mobility for mental health problems.So its worth trying for.

My son also gets lower rate mobility for mental health problems.
