who sends out dla renawel forms

hi do atos send out dla renewal forms or is that still dealt with by the dwp.i know atos now send out the ib50 form.but my mums partner got his dla forms in the normal brown envelope from the dwp.i presumed atos dealt with both

DLA forms are sent out by the DWP.

Not in my area, I recieved a letter from the DWP is response to a complaint from my solicitor made o my behalf about not recieving my IB50 form as my review date was the 24/may/2010.
The reply letter stated that my review date would now be on the 1st sept 2010 and they would send my details to ATOS.
The letter then went on to say that they (DWP) would ASSSUME ATSO would sent me a IB50 FORM in due course.
I have not recieved my IB50 form yet.

I think you have somehow misunderstood my reply to the OP.

The DWP send out DLA renewal Forms.

Atos send out IB50/ESA50 Forms (for 'renewal' of IB/ESA).
